Best Value Caffeine Supplements Around
I have been using Caffeine supplements for a couple of years now as an energy booster in the morning before I cycle to work. I do like a strong coffee but not first thing (and really can't be bothered will all the faff of making a proper cup of coffee when I'm getting ready for work) so I take one of these 200mg supplements. These tablets from Peak Supps are the best value I've found anywhere, the tablets are about the same size as a standard aspirin/paracetamol so are nice and easy to swallow and have never caused me any gastric distress or stomach upset.Now 200mg is quite a caffeine hit (equivalent to a double espresso or two large mugs of instant) so as ever these tablets should be avoided by pregnant women (one of these would take you to your daily safe caffeine intake limit immediately, and some experts recommend avoiding caffeine completely due to it's ability to rapidly cross the placenta to the unborn baby) and are definitely not safe for children.

Perfect except lack of snap line on the pill
There is a white powder in in the bag with the pills that sometimes gets a little on your hands when getting out a pill. As the pills are quite strong (200mg, around two coffees), I would like the opportunity to snap them in half to have the equivalent of a single coffee but they lack a snap line. Other than this perfect and the value for money is excellent.

Good product
This is great value for a lot of caffeine.It' snot great for me, but working the night shift are prety much necessary for me until I work out a better internal body clock (which caffeine interferes with lol).I take one upon waking whenever I really need the boost to get ready in the morning (coffee interferes with my iron supplements).Another high quality, great value and useful product from Peak Supps.
