Last played RE4 on the Wii many years ago. Recently bought a PS5 and saw good reviews for this PS5 upgraded version. Glad I bought it. Graphics look outstanding and game play is excellent.

From the moment I started playing, I was hooked. The graphics are stunning—every shadow and detail pulls you right into the heart of the action. It feels like you’re actually navigating through a creepy village, dodging zombies and uncovering secrets.Now, let me tell you, the scares are real! I almost pooped my pants more times than I can count! One minute you’re sneaking around, and the next—BAM! A zombie pops out of nowhere, and I’m pretty sure my heart tried to escape my body.What’s even better? There’s way more gameplay than the classic version they based this remake on! They’ve added new areas, puzzles, and surprises that keep you on your toes. The gameplay is smooth, and the controls are responsive, making it easy to get into the swing of things (as I’m frantically trying to remember how to shoot while also fighting the urge to scream).If you love horror games or just want a solid reason to keep an extra pair of pants nearby, Resident Evil 4 on PS5 is a must-have! Just be prepared for the jump scares—you might need those extra pants!

Great game and Remake. The game graphics are superb and the gameplay have been modetnized. It has a good lengh, great story and scenes and multiple graphic modes. Fidelity targeting 60fps and drop at specific parts but is so little you won'notice most of the time and performance mode wich has a dinamic resolution.Graphics 9/9Sound 10/10Fun gameplay 10/10Difficulty 8/10Replayability 8/10In my case will order a replacent cause the disc came with a scratch. First time happening to me in a PS5 game.

I played the original game before going into the remake. While the original is amazing in its own ways, there's just something about RE4 remake that does everything the original does... but better!One thing I want to make clear: the gameplay for this game was INSANE and AWESOME. This is what action-survival horror is SUPPOSED to feel like and it's perfect. The RE engine is the best it's ever looked with this game and sometimes you'll fool yourself into thinking you are watching a live-action movie!The story is VASTLY improved here as well. No longer are important character motivations or story details regulated to optional documents laying around like in the original! Each character (minus Saddler sadly) is given WAAAY more to do and say. Krasuer no longer feels like a one-dimensional villain and you actually learn why he hates Leon and why he's out to kill his former partner.Luis is given an amazing character arch and Ashley actually has a lot of emotional moments that help you relate with her and grows the relationship between her and Leon the same way The Last of Us does with Joel and Ellie. There's an emotional moment in the game in which a specific character dies (no spoilers of course) and it actually got me really emotional. This game has the best voice acting in the entire series, everyone does a FANTASTIC job.I also recommend staying till the end credits after finishing the game. You'll be glad you did, trust me!
