Why is the women's more expensive than the men's?
I need cushion in the balls of my feet and toes. Will these insoles do that?
Are these suitable for trainers? I cross train daily and can't find an insole that cushion my feet.
Do you have to remove the shoes existing inlay before inserting scholl's active gel inlays

These are really good. Easy to fit and great at supporting any foot issues you’re struggling with.

Comfortable but not sure how supportive they are
I was recommended these by a physiotherapist as insoles with medial arch support to try and correct my posture when I'm standing and walking, however, I can't really see any arch support on them. Having said that, it does feel like my feet are more supported, and I also use them in my skates when I am ice-skating and I feel more balanced, so maybe the arch support is very subtle! Other than that, they are soft and comfortable and fit all my shoes well.

Easy to cut to size and make a huge difference to painful feet. Definitely recommend!

Doesn’t stay in place
These are extremely comfortable under foot. Unfortunately, the soles slide about within my boots, becoming bunched at the front by the end of the day.I am very disappointed with these, they were expensive and in my case are not fit for purpose unless I glue them into my boots
