As a diver, this Neilmed Sinus Rinse Kit is an absolute must-have in my routine. I use it regularly to keep my nasal passages clear, especially before dives, and it’s made a noticeable difference in ear equalisation. It really helps reduce congestion caused by air conditioning – something that used to throw off my comfort and performance underwater. The sachets are convenient, hygienic, and easy to use, whether at home or when travelling. I’ve been using this for a while now and always come back to it. With 120 sachets in the box, it also offers great value for money. If you’re a diver or someone sensitive to dry, air-conditioned environments, I can’t recommend this product enough!

I recently had an op on one of the arteries in my nose and it was important post-op to keep my nasal passages as clear as possible from harmful bacteria. I was advised by the surgeon to use Neilmed nasal rinse for this. I quickly overcame my initial misgivings about the process you have to use - regularly squirting large amounts of salted water up your nostrils didn't much appeal. However, with the help of demo videos on Utube, which were full of helpful tips about the process, I quickly got to grips with nasal rinsing. Once you settle into a routine for boiling and cooling the water and sterilising the bottle in the microwave the process becomes pretty straightforward. The acid test of course is does it work. It appears to be pretty effective in clearing out unwanted matter from my nasal passages and I can't remember them ever being so clear and free from infection in winter. The only snag for me is that my GP can't prescribe this medication so it costs a lot to use.

Good for rinsing and cleaning the nasal area. Especially useful after an operation or if you have nasal issues

Miss leading, no bottle, so now I have to purchase separately, which makes it very expensive.

My mother has polyps and was told to use by surgeon. Helped to repair her nose after surgery. I used it also to help clear a cold before it got bad and worked great.
