Q: Does the beach house come with door, windows and cement

Yes it does. It comes with enough cement to build it a couple of times. My son loves it!

Q: Is it tall / big enough to play with playmobil figurines inside?

We built it a while ago so I’m not 100% sure - but it was very small, (smaller than expected) my children played with it with farm animals as a pig sty.

Q: Does this include cement?? Many reviews here say it does not.
