Poor cap but great probiotics
If you need packaging that actually holds, do not buy this product. If you don't care about packaging, but the content, then these guys always help me when I struggle with indigestion. When I get cramps and digestive problems 2 days of max dosage always resolve all problems. Really like the product.

Cured my adult onset lactose intolerance
A few years ago I had a huge bout of "something" and almost overnight my tolerance for lactose disappeared. Unfortunately it took 6 painful months to work that out and then once I stopped consuming dairy, things went back to normal. Every month or two since then I've "experimented" with consuming some milk, cream, chocolate, etc, to see if things were still bad.. and bad they remained. Taking lactase tablets helped with things like chocolate but for most other things, they didn't work very well at all. After reading various Web sites, I learnt that some probiotics can have an effect on lactose intolerance, so first I tried another one whose name I can't remember. It helped a little but was no cure. Then later on I decided to try acidophilus and.. I think we have a cure! Now, I wouldn't claim these are a cure for everyone and everyone has totally different intestinal needs, flora, etc.. but they're worth a try. If they don't work for you, stop taking them. If they work, as they do for me.. bingo!

Amazing help for my IBS
I've struggled with iBS for a number of years but its become particularly bad over the last 3-6 months. I used to take these years ago but stopped when it all settled down. I started taking these again 2 weeks ago, I take 2 a day in a morning after breakfast and they have really made a difference. I noticed a vast improvement after about 5 days and I'm still almost symptom free. The painful bloating seems to be a thing of the past and I'm more regular (toilet wise) now than i have been in months. These are also really good value for money as they are a lot more expensive in some health food shops. I would highly recommend.

Very effective probiotic capsules - I'm impressed!
I used to have what I happily called a 'cast iron stomach', as I could eat pretty much (and DID pretty much) eat anything, along with incredibly spicy foods without suffering from any unpleasant after effects, but after I brewed up what can only be described as the tooth abscess to end all tooth abscesses a few months back and was subsequently given a course of Amoxycillin, a powerful antibiotic, my cast iron stomach ceased to be. Not to go into too much detail, but suffice to say that I didn't stray too far from the bathroom for the duration of the course and it would seem that my stomach has never quite recovered as nearly every time I eat something spicy or rich I'm running to bathroom less than an hour later, which isn't just unpleasant; it's embarrassing. This came to a head recently after I was at a friend's place for a meal and after I'd ate their generous portion of vegan curry I found myself suffering the usual stomach cramps and had to excuse myself as I retreated to their bathroom. As a result of this, I decided to see if I could do anything about this to see if I could restore the 'flora' to my stomach which was badly affected by those antibiotics, which is when I had the thought that a good probiotic would probably do the job. As someone whose been vegan for nearly five years now, trying to find something in the supermarket that would suit me would be pointless, as it would seem that probiotics only exist in dairy form in those places, so I turned to Amazon to see if there were any alternatives which is when, of course, I discovered that they also came in capsule form. Despite there being an array of all different sorts of probiotic capsules (some of which are ridiculously expensive) available, I decided to check these inexpensive ones out first to see if they made any difference at all and have been taking a couple of them with every evening meal for about a week now and... Well, I'm absolutely astonished! It would seem that they've totally calmed my stomach down and I've been able to eat several meals now and some spicy foods without suffering any discomfort or frantic dashes to the bathroom, which is far better than I expected. There's no polite way to say this however, but they do have the unfortunate side effect of causing me rather tremendous amounts of flatulence after taking them, but I suspect that this will calm down after prolonged use. For the time being, I'm having to blame those mice with trombones...

Worked initially but felt worse after a few weeks
Initially I thought these were a life saver (after a few days they seemed to help loads), but after two weeks everything seemed to change After 2-3 days they worked wonders, no cramps/pains everything was perfect! However after 2 or so weeks I started to feel bloated every time I ate and lose my appetite, I became constipated and also felt a bit miserable as well/not myself. Could it be that I only needed to take them for a short while to solve my problems (last year I did a 3 month course of omeprazole which knocked me about a bit) and return my gut to normal? or could it be that as soon as they got into my system - my system rejected them. I will never find out. Maybe they're good for a short while but not a long term solution? I should add, I took them exactly as directed, two a day with breakfast :)

As described
As described. Been taking one a day for a month and haven't really seen any digestion benefit. Will probably have to up the dosage.
