Great product and excellent quality

Good value gel heel pads, not very thick but do absorb the pressure, tend to fall out when taking my work boots off so when reinserted don't necessarily go back in the exact position.

These are so nice under foot for half hour or so and then they slip down and make heels hurt even more as digging in not in right place.Disappointed x

I have a lovely pair of suede boots but they're flat ones and the heel part of the sole is very thin ~ I feel every bump, crack and piece of grit on the pavement. I've tried ordinary insoles, gel insoles but they all make the boots too tight for my feet, so I rarely wear them for more than a couple of hours, and I was ready to get rid of them.I thought I'd try these heel cup supports as a last ditch attempt and they're fantastic. I put them on at 8am yesterday when I was getting ready for work, wore them all day until I got home in the early evening.. The support they gave my heels was brilliant, and I wore them again today just to check....no more painful heals, and a great bargain at less than £6 for two pairs, I cannot recommend them enough!

Rubbish. Move around in the shoe.

This is a very personal review. I have another pair from another brand that worked much better than this one. I can’t find it anymore.Pros: good price and quality of the materials used.Cons: The level of firmness... it is not sturdy enough in the center although it is kind of comfortable there. Then outside that central region it is harder and less comfortable and tiring to walk on it. Weird mix of textures and densities. Thickness could be better too, a bit thicker. But still soft and only one texture. I don’t know how to describe my old ones but they are still going and better than my new ones. I needed more pairs to wear in more shoes that’s all. I will keep searching for the right ones. I still have kept them and I will use them. Although I can predict they will not last a long time. After saying all this... they might work for another person. You never know. I also have tried the ones that are angled... those are great, except for the angle! Those didn’t work for me at all. I focused on the positives... these are two pairs. They will last me for a year if I am lucky. I can wear them! I am satisfied with that for now.

These helped my heel pain but I have to stop occasionally to readjust them in my shoes, as they are really not very sticky at all
