Very satisfied customer
I didn’t know these soft balls existed until a recent gym class and was so happy to find (I think) the exact ones the gym use! They hold a lot of weight, so are great for supporting hips/knees when lying down doing stretches in yoga, also the perfect size to hold between knees etc when doing other Pilate style workouts. Don’t inflate to full capacity if using for these exercises, they are surprisingly sturdy and won’t burst! The product is great and I’m very happy with it!

Great Product
Bought to help with my physio exercises after rupturing my quadraceps tendons. Used daily behind the knees and put under plenty of pressure. It has shown lots of strength and durability. Easy to blow up and plug. Good value for money and recommended.

Strong yet soft ball ideal for physio exercises
Arrived on time and as described. Ordered to help me with physio exercises following knee replacement. Easy to inflate and deflate if no longer in use for storage. Nice strong but soft ball, ideal for what I wanted.

Good grip and feel, and simple to blow up to suit
I needed a ball for some physio exercises for which this has proved absolutely ideal. It's nice and grippy and also squashy ( though presumably could be stiffened by blowing in more air ), plus was much easier to blow up and stopper than feared. Whilst I would hesitate to make it a minus point or actual criticism, I can't help but notice and hence point out that it does seem to have a funny smell ? Hardly unpleasant by any means ( although my cat is less than impressed as it does linger on my hand afterwards ), toxic marzipan comes to mind description-wise ! Otherwise an excellent bit of kit :-)

Pleased
I use this for home pilates sessions to top up in between classes attended. Suits me well. I have two of these types of balls in 2 different sizes. This is the larger one I have and that I use for side and forward extension movements. I use the smaller one for lumber support under my lower spine when lying down to relax or when doing lying down movements, and when doing sitting up exercises, to protect spine extension. Its good to have the two sizes as with the smaller one supporting my spine, I can use this larger one to do some side extention movements at the same time. If you have a dodgy back as I do, it makes exercise comfortabole and importantly, protects your back. Easy to inflate and stays inflated for weeks. When using a small ball for under the spine, it is not meant to be fully inflated: this would be uncomfortable/not good for the spine. So for that one, I only inflate it half to two thirds full. For this one, which I use for side extention or forward extention movements, that's 100% inflated. (I only know this as I've learned at my pilates class from the instructor!)
