I love this matcha it’s a great affordable option that I have stuck with for years. I switched it up to spring blossom and that is also a great one but it’s quite expensive and purechimp is more cost effective and with great flavour! I know some people say matcha tastes like grass but I think it tastes so refreshing I use soya milk and that can be a great way to disguise if the flavour is too potent I find cows milk isn’t the best to use and that’s why most people don’t enjoy. This one has a vibrant colour and flavour and is so refreshing and versatile. In the winter I make it hot by adding more hot water and a splash of milk and in the summer I add the small amount of one tsp matcha to a bit of hot water then fill my glass with ice and cold milk. One tsp matcha usually makes me about a 300ml drink which is perfect. I drink matcha almost daily for its health benefits so the quality and affordability of purechimp is perfect!

When I heard purechimp were taking orders again I was straight on it. Other matchas just do not hit the same like purechimp does. So smooth and tasty. Love that it gives you the energy boost you want but doesn't make you crash and want to go to sleep once it wears off. Friend also bought me more for my birthday so now I have endless matcha. So glad the best is back!

I have been taking Matcha now for about 2 weeks and am a definite fan. I simply add 1 gram to my morning coconut and pinaple drink and shake well in my sports bottle. It doesn't take many shakes to mix and you can tell it is mixed by the froth. So...... simple really, then just drink or poor into the glass and wait for the froth to subside. I like the taste - it slightly changes my fruit drink and obviously it is a vibrant green colour drink now but again - the colour makes me feel like I am being super healthy. I feel I am benefiting from this drink and I feel good after drinking it...... maybe it is because I have read about it and read I should feel good but whatever the reasons (and hopefully it is the Matcha).... I simply like the drink and will keep buying as this is my morning routine now. Yes - I recommend.

I LOVE matcha I have it every day it’s amazing 🤩 ..you get the energy or lift from a smaller dose of caffeine but over about four hours without the slump you would have by say having a coffee for example… this particular brand is very good value… I went for the pack this time for value as I normally have the jars but I think I actually prefer the jars, reason being after a while the pack which is paper based, obviously ..gets quite messy at the top even keeping it in the fridge to keep fresh, the jars are clean no mess open and close ..love them .. love the product one star off for the package sorry!

Wow, there's everything to like about this matcha, from the biodegradable packaging to the exquisite and delicate flavour. I've tried many brands of matcha, and although they technically qualify as ceremonial, this one qualifies in so many more ways. It's super fine ground, it has a wonderful deep and vibrant green colour and if blended well takes a lot longer to settle (no matcha is exempt from settling, the time taken is a good indicator of grind quality and this one is very high quality indeed). I have a velvitiser from Hotel Chocolat (other blenders available) and if I put milk and this matcha in the latte I get out at the end of the best latte I've ever had. The price too, is very reasonable for this level of quality. I've spent way more on matcha and never got close to the awesome flavour of this one.

Bought this as a decently price bag of matcha to use in baking. Flavour is decent and it worked great with the recipe I used, though I did use a good but more matcha than recommended. Tried making matcha lattes with this and the taste was okay. Worth what you pay for.

First time trying ceremonial grade matcha green tea and very pleased! The powder has a lovely bright light green colour and smells exactly like my henna hair powder :D. Did my matcha tea with coconut milk and used my electric whisker to give it a froth and added a sprinkle of organic Ceylon cinnamon, yum yum yum! I'm totally sold. Will definitely recommend and will try other drink variations too!

Terrible taste! Brown/green colour and fishy/rancid flavour. First time buying this brand as some good previous (older) reviews, but this is awful. I drink a lot of matcha and thought I would give this one a try, but never again.

Per il prezzo, è forse il miglior matcha da tutti i giorni, quello per la colazione, non certo per gustarsi un vero cerimoniale. Però ha un buon colore, discreto profumo, schiuma bene e tutto sommato non mi dispiace. Certo, “cerimoniale” è un’altra cosa, questo è un premium da buon rapporto prezzo/qualità, ma non manca mai nella mia collezione di matcha

I didn't realize that there is a difference in this stuff, with this the first brand I'd ever tried. Running low, I went to Whole Foods and got a different brand there. Compared to that, this kind has a smooth, balanced taste...not to "grassy" or strong, just smoother. This brand also mixes well, where the other one had clumps I couldn't get rid of from mixing, the Pure Chimp (what's with that name!?) mixes completely. And the price of the bag is hard to beat. The kind from Whole Foods is almost gone, and I'll be glad to return to this kind.

Un matcha de grande, voire de très grande qualité. Le goût est fin et suave. Parfait pour une boisson santé.
