Yakamoz 0.3-8mm Keyless Drill Chuck Conversion Tool 1/4 inch Hex Shank Quick Change Adapter Converter

I've not had it long enough to know if it lives up to preliminary expectations, but it enabled me to drill holes for casters in a very old and hardened teak chair, with just a small Bosch electric 'screwdriver' that I'm still strong enough to handle.It has a good, weighty, well made feel, and the jaws meet without any central gap--a limiting factor on some other chucks.If possible, a future improvement would be to make it with the 'click stop' tightening action, because it is not easy to tighten enough to stop it slipping on larger drills, when only relying on holding the driver shaft for support. A temporary help would be to include a 6mm/1/4" spanner with which to hold the shaft while tightening. (I used to have plenty of these around, but can't easily find one when I need it, as I'm disabled.).Overall very satisfied with the Yakamoz product.

Bought this gadget for my electric screwdriver. Didn’t work for intended project, however this is not the fault of this item nor my screwdriver. I need a drill for original project. However, the attachment has come in very useful for crafting, so still pleased with the purchase.I would recommend this item, handy to have for small projects.

The media could not be loaded.  Honestly, pretty rubbish, it looks alright enough in the video I took but that's after half an hour of lapping stoning surfaces flat and machining a new jaw guide since the one it comes with is useless.Without this it's basically useless, its only saving grace is that it's dirt cheap but honestly, spend twice the money and get something better, you won't regret it.

This item allows me to drill 1mm and 1.5mm holes using my cordless screwdriver because the chuck closes up completely. This was not possible with my bigger cordless drill. This is also useful to be better able to drill holes in a confined space.

A dinky product that converts my small battery powered screwdriver into a conveniently small drill. It also takes a larger size of twist drill than some convertors that I have seen. My only slightly negative comment would be that the shank is too long by about half an inch; a shorter shank (if possible) would (sometimes) help improve access into limited spaces, and would reduced the slight wobble the occurs because of the clearance between the shank and my screwdriver socket - not a big problem, although I will likely trim my shank. That said, my convertor now lives in the same box as my battery powered screwdriver so that it is always to hand.

I bought this because I needed a chuck that would hold a 1mm drill. This did the job well, being a good fit in my Ryobi driver.I then had another job but needed to work with an extended bit holder so I used this. It was a heavy job and exceeded the design use of this chuck but it coped very well.Very good for the money.

This is ok to go in a little 5nm electric screwdriver. But use this in a proper drill/screwdriver/impact driver or whatever for heavier work. And you will see it spinning your drillbit across the room in no time.

Very useful little drill chuck when wanting to use small precision drill bits. Very pleased with the function in that it runs true when the hex stem is put into a larger drill chuck. Clamps mini drill bits very well and is easy to use.
