Don’t waste your money, no effect

2 tablets being 3200mgs is enough any more & destroy testosterone & only take for 2 weeks then a week of as continuous use after 2 weeks destroy testosterone but cycling properly a good supplement if you over 30 yrs old

Noticed an increase in energy, muscle and weight loss. I take before bed. The dosage is actually quite low and if you're a serious bodybuilding amateur you'll use two boxes even if you're cycling as per the forums.

The tablets are huge, started them today so will see in a month if there are any changes.
