Love my headset and I use it every day. Great Bluetooth range. I can walk around outside even if my phone is in the house, within reason. I use it for 80% of my phone calls. I plug my phone in and go wherever I want to. I hooked it up to my TV even. Helps me study while on the move. I cannot say enough good things about this. The sound quality is absolutely fantastic and comfortable on my ears. Great value for what you're getting. Dropped it and it seems to be very durable. Even my dog has run off with it and no problems. So easy to connect and use with anything.

These are the best headphones I have ever owned. My only complaint is the clearest proof of how amazing they are. They’re wearing out after several years because I used them every single day and basically treated them like an extra limb. If you want headphones so good that you end up ruining them from sheer devotion, these are the ones.

I bought this headset March 2024 and it worked great for the first 2 months. Mic issues started occurring when I would speak but it would not capture my sound. I would have to play around with the position of the mic until it captured sound again. Unfortunately by June 2024 the mic had completely gave out and I had to cut my losses. I needed a product that would work consistently. Around May when the mic issues started it had already been past the 30 day return window which is why I tried to ride it out for as long as I could, but ultimately it wasn’t very long. They should sell a warranty or extend the return window. It’s unfortunate because this headset is pricey and a well known brand. I’m barely getting around to this review now because I had forgot all about it until I found it just now and debating if to throw it out. Im hoping someone can reach out to see if maybe they can fix it.

Works great! I probably could have gotten another brand or model that was cheaper though… I use headset for 9 hours a day working on Genesys and Microsoft Teams. I haven’t had any issues in the last year. Would definitely recommend! Great quality and functionality. Battery life is 13-14 hours.

I use this daily for work. Worked great for a year. Then the mic stopped working. Still use the headset because its very comfortable. Have to have separate mic though.

Excellent fit and finish...connection with the dongle makes everything super easy and reliable. Dongle does limit utility to use with the computer. (in lieu of a Bluetooth connection that would allow the headset to be used with a phone as well.) Great battery life.

This is my second Jabra Evolve 75 headset. I love these headsets for several reasons: 1) Easy to use - just plug in the bluetooth dongle, lay it over your head and switch on (small slide button you'll get used to), control volume by clicking up or down the ear muff side panel which momentarily displays a volume level bar on your screen when changed and lifting the boom auto-mutes your voice 2) Great sound quality - this SE version doesn't have the same presence in conversation though appears great for music 3) Lays flat if placed atop a table, or better when hung over a charger base which charges via a USB cord (sold separately) 4) Distance has increased so you can talk freely whilst walking away 5) Is reliable My first headset broke where the ear muff side with the boom disengaged from the over the head band, but then it had been used on and off throughout business days for around 5 years. Others have mentioned that when the headset is having issues it's time to replace it. For me that meant pairing with my mobile phone dropped requiring re-pairing or a call suddenly drops from the headset defaulting to your mobile phone.

Headset works well on bluetooth connections but the wireless usb toggle stopped working after 1 week. Probably defective and needs changing

Product arrived with an intermitent problem where it will not connect to the dongle. I contacted Jabra support and after some back and forth they said it seems to be a defective product but... This seller ISN'T A CERTIFIED JABRA RESELLER so Jabra won't replace the product, and the return window on Amazon has expired since a few days. So I'm stuck with a defective 400$+ product.

I recently ordered a headset online for the first time, but my experience has been disappointing. The microphone doesn’t work when connected via Bluetooth, and the adapter also fails to function. It appears the product may have been used previously. The sound quality is good and it’s comfortable as well but will going to return this.
