This product is superbly made and seems to be crafted from sturdy materials in an easy to use design. The ease of use and simplicity of the product make it something that I can commit to on a daily basis. Simply stored and easy to get out and use before bedtime. I have been using it for a week now and I am already feeling the benefits. My neck tension is releasing and my headaches seem to be diminishing. It’s amazing how such a small product can work in such an immediate way. Some discomfort at first- but, like others have said, after using for a few days the spine begins to align and the discomfort subsides. I would highly recommend this product!

Dont know why this product is advertised as heated because its NOT. It works fine as a traction device but false advertising is unacceptable.

I purchased this not having too much expectations but surprisingly I love it! The heat is great and has three settings. Super easy to use and helps with neck muscles and also loosens up my neck where I get sinus issues (helps decongest my neck). I love this little neck pad so far and would definitely recommend it for anyone!

It's useful without the heat. It heats up fast, and very very hot. I was almost burned while wearing a metal necklace while using it on low. Be careful when using.

It is very sturdy but not hard. I have been doing PT on my neck for quite a while since I have some mild arthritis on my neck. I ordered this to help me stretch and to also have support when meditating when laying down. It works great and very affordable.

I have a lot of discomfort in my neck due to some not-so-fun issues. I used something similar at the gym (advice of my trainer) when I started having muscle spasms during a workout and it helped reduce the spasm intensity and I could complete my workout. I came home that day and search for one I could keep at home. This one was the highest rated and I see why. It takes some getting used to because it's firm but it needs to be! The item includes an advice sheet to help you find how to incorporate it into your routine. Of course, check with your medical professionals too!

I bought this model for the heat. There is a USB extended from the product but it is never mentioned in the manual. Does it just charge the unit or am I supposed to be plugged into something for it to work? I haven't used it yet even just as traction. I don't appreciate paying for something I can't understand how it works.
