The spray nozzle seems to block easily - what is the best way to keep it clear?

unfortunately all you can do is once you have finished using it, spray upside down to clear the airway, and wipe any residue from the nozzle. you can get replacement montana nozzles

Will this work with stencil for writing or leaving logos on pavements?

Yes, if you follow the instructions on the can carefully. They are hard to read. Not usable under wet conditions and has to be shaken with the little black disc in first then the disc has to be removed for spraying. It will not leave a permanent mark

Can it be used on felt?

Yes, but since it is chalk it will wash off (might stain it too) and since it is a spray there are hazardous chemicals that could make it more persceptable to ignition and if you breathe them in could be harmful. Finally, since felt is quite a porous fabric it will probably go through it and bleed behined it like glue. So yes it can be used on felt, no I would not recommend you do it. Stick to solid chalk, embroidery or pen etc., As felt is a really nice flexible fabric and you will probably have more mess then something nice. Screen printing acrylic would be good.
