Good product, supportive and comfortable.
Bought for my son who was experiencing foot pain after going to big school and moving from trainers to flat shoes. After a few daya of wearing these his foot pain has gone. He says they feel comfortable and supportive. Would reccommend.

A Game-Changer - I Now Use These in Every Pair of Shoes!
I’ve now bought these insoles 10 times, and that alone should tell you how impressed I am. I suffer from foot pain and issues related to fallen arches and mild plantar fasciitis. These insoles have been a total game-changer - so much so that I’ve started putting a pair in every new pair of shoes I own. They provide excellent arch support, help keep my feet aligned, and noticeably reduce fatigue in my knees and lower back, especially when I'm on my feet all day. The cushioning is firm but comfortable, and they fit easily into all types of shoes - from trainers to work shoes. For the price, the quality is outstanding. If you struggle with foot pain, over-pronation, or just want a bit more comfort in your step, I can’t recommend these enough. I genuinely don’t buy shoes without ordering another pair of these to go with them!

Decent insoles at decent price
This is the second time I’ve bought these particular insoles as I suffered from plantar fasciitis. It’s not a silver bullet, you need to do some physio and exercises but along with this, they helped to sort it and I’ve kept them ever since. It made sense to buy another set for the new shoes. Comfortable, good quality and easy to size to fit your shoe. Would recommend

Solid support for long days—relieves pressure, cushions impact, and fits most work boots or trainers
Dropped these into my site boots and noticed the difference straight away. Arch support holds firm without feeling bulky, and the metatarsal pad takes pressure off the ball of the foot—ideal for long shifts, uneven ground, or constant walking. No slipping or bunching, even after a full day on the move. They’re full-length, so they replace the factory insole completely. Fit was spot-on in standard work boots and trainers. Foam’s dense but not stiff—gives just enough flex to absorb shock without feeling spongy. 🦶 Support & Comfort Arch Support: Medium-firm, good for fallen arches or plantar fasciitis Metatarsal Pad: Helps spread pressure across the forefoot Heel Cup: Deep enough to stabilise without digging in Top Layer: Soft-touch fabric, breathable and moisture-wicking After a week of use—no heel pain, less fatigue, and better posture when standing for long periods. They don’t cure everything, but they definitely help. 🧳 Fit & Compatibility Fits most UK shoe sizes—can be trimmed for exact fit Works in boots, trainers, walking shoes, and van driving footwear Slim enough to avoid crowding the toe box Easy to swap between pairs if needed 👍 Pros ✅ Full-length support—arch, heel, and forefoot ✅ Metatarsal pad—relieves ball-of-foot pressure ✅ Breathable top layer—reduces sweat build-up ✅ Easy to trim—custom fit for any shoe ✅ Affordable—solid value for daily wear 👎 Cons ❌ Not ultra-cushioned—more support than softness ❌ May take a day or two to break in ❌ Won’t suit very high arches—check before buying 🧭 Personal Verdict If you’re on your feet all day—whether it’s site work, retail shifts, or long drives—these insoles are a proper upgrade. They’re not flashy, but they do the job. I’ve kept a spare pair in the van for backup, and they’ve earned their spot.

Feet problems, insoles might not be the right option
I was disappointed by the way the insoles fitted, I believe I got the right size, and I have high arches from being a former dancer as a child, but I felt as if I was walking on a plastic-y flat stone when I put them on. Not sure how many stars are fair here. They are very light. If you have issues with your feet, may I recommend checking out an internet site called the Sock dock? It got me to stop worrying about my problems which eventually disappeared with time. I used insoles on big jobs (I'm a wedding photographer) but otherwise avoid them now. Also, be aware that stress can cause issues in your feet. If you are desperate for a solution (I had plantar fasciitis which fits the bill, but also had M.E. for 30 years) may I offer that you also check out the free videos on the Gupta Amygdala Retraining technique, and pay attention to the parts about automatic thoughts - I think he talks about it in the free videos (find them on youtube or FB) - because even if you don't have fatigue or M.E. this technique might be very useful to you if you feel stressed. Please consider that option rather than hoping the doctors can do something for you, if you have already tried everything of course, before you think about surgery. For issues like plantar fasciitis, I would assume the technique could take some time to make your body less tense, but you could work the technique on the symptoms. I had just a few bits of pain left by the time I started the technique that is helping my M.E. in an amazing way, but after 2 weeks the pain has completely disappeared. As it was on its way out I can't say 100% it's the technique, however, plantar fasciitis being linked to stress and adrenal fatigue, I believe it accelerated the final stages of healing. I had the fasciitis from Feb 14 until Mid december 14, this is the first (and hopefully last) occurence. In case you don't trust the method at least consider doing meditation and yoga to relax, because a tense body will lead to muscles contracting, which creates problems. Good luck, and I hope to never report on orthotic insoles ever again.

Very helpful product
Very competitively priced and well made. Provided instant support and some relief straight away. Have repurchased. Would recommend trying them - they won't entirely fix your problem but offer some pain relief

Good Value
Very well fitted with my NB 740 UK8. Perfect for everyday use. The arch support is very noticeable. Its not that soft but still very comfortable. No bed smell after wearing all day.

These insoles provide a lot of firm arch support, so much that my feet would be uncomfortable using them in regular shoes or sneakers, but they are extremely comfortable in cycling shoes (it may be surprising but arch support is more important in cycling shoes than running shoes).
