book
This book has already proved very useful when re-inforcing the reading and spelling of the high frequency words introduced in KS1.

good sight word practice pages
This book is great for reinforcing spelling and learning to read sight words. It's for children just beginning to learn to read right through to first grade spelling practice. The pages are repetitive in structure so children can easily work at them independently. Few children learning sight words would be able to construct and write a sentance containing the sight word without adult assistence, but this section does allow advanced children more freedom as well as a challenge for all. It would be a good addition to early years teachers and parents looking to teach their children their sight words or reinforce school work. It does contain a thorough list of words however it's limit is that as each page is identical in format, children will be bored with it before they complete all words in the book. It is as the title says "sight word practice pages" After completeing a few pages with 5 year old begining readers I can say the pages work and the children loved being able to cut and paste the word also.
