When you get to a certain age and work all day at a computer, standing or sitting, then you pick up certain aches, pains and minor injuries. This product, if used as they advise for a minimum of a 20 minute soak, is an effective muscle relaxant and treatment for the above, at least, so far as I can say from experience. Their brocher does outline the health benefits, and there is no reason to doubt those. I can honestly recommend this product. It is a good idea, also, to buy in bulk if one needs to use it frequently.

This product works out cheaper per kg than the 4x5kg bags that I usually buy but it's not quite as convenient. The product comes in one bag and has clumped a bit. Overall, though, I would say that this product is great value for money.

I have been very happy with this product and company for several years. Looking at some of the more negative reviews it would seem that some people cannot read that this is 25 kg, don't know to seal the bag after opening (salts are hygroscopic), and generally perhaps just like to moan and complain?

Love soaking my feet in warm water with Epsom salts.

Warning may contain glass like mine did as shown in the photos. I bought the 25kg bag in november december 2025. My cuts could have been much worse.
