These capsules actually work without giving me cramps & upsetting my stomach They are dental on the gut & definitely worked for me, I would definitely recommend & really priced competitivly.

I was surprised by how easily these iron supplements go down - the capsules are pretty large but they don't feel like they're going to get stuck in your throat or anything. Been taking them for a few weeks now and I definitely notice a difference on days when I forget to take them, my energy levels just seem to dip more.

Buyers be aware of dangers when taking too much vitamin c with this item, or any item that contains the same ingredients. Lypospheric C is the worse C to take with Iron as it does not give you that stomach churning heads up. I was slightly anemic and was advised to take this blend but was also told other supps would be ok, one which was vit c. After 1 week of feeling fine I woke one day had breakfast and my whole body started to vibrate with a rhytmic like tremble that even had my vision doing it. I thought I was having a stroke and said goodbye to my wife as I struggled to breath and started going down that proverbal Tunnel which NDE’s have. I was lucky ambulance arrived in time. Honestly worst experiance of my life and it happened 2 times more before I realised what was causing it. The sad thing is my dr and even the hospital could not work out what was wrong. It was then I found out about Iron toxicity (pic) If you are anemic before taking Iron make sure you are getting magnessium and vit A in your diet as without these two you will not absorb Iron from your diet.

My iron levels dropped significantly towards the end of my pregnancy and I had to get my iron levels up fast. I couldn't take the NHS ones due to being allergic previously so I tried these. Took 2 a day and my iron shot up within 2 weeks! Even though I was told it takes approx a month for iron stores to gradually build up. I'm due in 2 weeks and am over the moon with the results. Still need to get them up a bit more before my due date but would definitely recommend!
