Perfect, exactly what I needed to seal the joint on my corrugated roof to the end ,brick pier.

This is seriously good. I bought this to do some roof repairs, the cement between our ridge tiles and the dormer had worn away and we were getting leaks. I thought something more flexible would be a better bet. This applied really well to what were not particularly clean surfaces and has done a brilliant job. I also ended up using this for some gutter repairs, where i definitely put the "works underwater" claim to test. It does. I actually bought the Everbuild product designed for gutter repairs, but really didn't get on with it, so used this instead. This applies really well, even in wet environments and seals really well. I'm genuinely blown away by how good this is. I'm glad i bought a bit too much as it means i have a spare tube lying around.

Excellent Quality is excellent

I initially bought this to seal around a summer house window that was leaking. This product is very fluid and so does penetrate gaps far better than common sealants, as a result it is not the easiest product to shape and leave a clean finish so use masking tape to get neat edges. It is specifically for external use and does have a powerful odour. The sealant takes a while to cure and retains a lot of flexibility once 'dry'. I have found that this product works particularly well on bitumen surfaces, old and new, and I have used as an adhesive to stick down felt edges that had come unstuck and also to stick felt patches over damaged flat roof areas.

Brilliant stuff for any roof work. We used it to fix plastic lengths angle (75mm x 75mm) down a gable end roof edge. Stuck to both slate and a painted rendered gable wall no problem. Been up now four months through howling gales and rain storms and no sign whatsoever of it shifting. Very easy to apply and seals extremely well. Also used it to reseal butyl on a shed roof. Recommend.

I was just about to complain about the ‘expiry’ date. It’s actually the manufacture date and it’s good for two years. The delivery date was 7th June 2021 and it was on time. I haven’t used this purchase but a previously purchased one and it worked perfectly. .
