Does the job well
Good quality for the price, easy to assemble, very sturdy and did the job well. Quick delivery too.

Easy to use
The roller has worked well on the lawn. Not too heavy to manoeuvre and fairly easy to assemble. Not sure how long it will last as it doesn’t feel too solid but for the money, well worth it.

Waiting for some rain to soften the grass to make use of this.
The first job I wanted to use it for was to level out a sand layer on top of a sub base to relay some patio slabs. Had a bit of a struggle initially assembling it, but finally got it done, providing my own washers, as reported by other people, they were not in the pack. The drum does not seem that sturdy, but when filled with sand it was good and heavy, but far too heavy to get a level surface across the sand. Did compress it down well but I had to use something else to achieve a flat surface across the area, but it's not designed for that sort of job. I'm pretty sure, once we get some rain to soften the ground it will do a great job of levelling my lawn.

Holes don’t align
For the money it’s fairly sturdy but the twin holes on the arms are 2-3 mm out of alignment on both sides . A quick metal drillBit resolved the issue but this smacks of shody quality control

Excellent
Just brilliant, it did the job it was meant to do. Reading the other reviews a few people had issues with holes and assembling it.I didn’t have any of these and it took me 5 minutes to put it together.

Can be tricky to assemble.
Simple construction but it did come with instructions for a different roller. The handle is tricky to assemble as the ends that attach to the roller have to go in first along with scraper bar and this puts out alignment of the handle screw holes. However, it does the job and is inexpensive.

Cheap but still overpriced and not worth the money
The roller arrived in a box that was tattered and torn. Even the courier was concerned with the condition and suggested I check the contents before he left. The contents looked OK at that stage so I let him go.When I started to assemble the roller it was immediately apparent that this was very poorly made. The spindles at each end of the roller, to which the handles attach, were not as described in the manual. According to the manual, the handles attach to the roller via two bolts. In reality, there were no bolts or holes for bolts to be used. Instead, a short tube had been welded to each attachment point that the handles were supposed to slot into. One of the tubes had beed welded so badly that the hole into which the handle mounting was supposed to fit was only half the depth of the other tube, meaning the handle could only be fitted at an angle. This meant the the lower handle parts did not line up with the upper hand part (which is 'u' shaped). It was possible to force the handles to fit but then the roller would not turn due to the pressure on the mounting points.Needless to say, the roller was returned immediately. I await my refund.
