High strength tumeric in a tiny easy to swallow tablet. I've taken these for many years to support joint health and i always buy Oxford vitality because they are reasonably priced and good quality. I like that the tablet also contains black pepper to aid absorption. Would definitely recommend.

These capsules are exactly as described, they're very small & easy to take. I bought these to help reduce high iron levels in my blood. I'm in this for the long haul so I can't comment on their effectiveness for that yet.However, an unexpected and extremely welcome consequence of taking these capsules is that my sleep has radically improved. I have routinely woken several times every night, mostly staying awake for at least 2 hours. Since taking these capsules I've slept undisturbed. What a wonderful bonus that is.Also, I was waiting for a cortisone injection into a painful shoulder joint. The consultant had shown me clearly the problem with my joint. However when I went for treatment, although the shoulder was still painful, the Doctors were unable to see what the consultant had seen because the swelling had all but gone. The lack of swelling enabled them to see a different problem, & consequently treat that. This may be a complete coincidence. But I think it's it's worth mentioning.I've been taking these capsules daily for 2 weeks, so it's still early days, but my confidence in the product is high & I've just ordered another, larger pack.**** Update ****I took these for 6 months. Although I had high hopes for them, they didn't help to lower my ferritin levels at all. Very disappointed. The sleep benefits didn't last either. So I abandoned them. I'd forgotten about the positive impact on inflammation so I'll start taking them again for that.

Taking without fail. I have just been diagnosed with DCIS so not sure how this will affect the DCIS. Only started taking it a day after my first mammogram. They are very small tablets so very easy to take. They are supposed to reduce inflammation and to help with the immune system. I have been to the local hospital once a week for a few weeks now and have caught a cold as a result of being around people so I’m not sure it’s helped with the immune system that much but not sure how long you have to be s stuff for a full effect to be evidenced. Will keep taking it though and also doing a 3-5 day fasting diet to try and help deter any present cancer from making more progress whilst waiting for biopsy results. I don’t feel any adverse side effects though and the price isn’t too bad so will keep taking them , not necessarily for the present but for the future.

Surprising they are tiny tablets less than 1/4 " -- 2mm but I trust Oxford Vitality I have had supplements from them b4. 2,500mg Turmeric + 630mg Black pepper sounds ok, I will know more when I have finished the pack. Turmeric is a great supplement to take as it is generally not included in a western diet. I am happy with the purchase and if prove effective I will reorder - Good price for 120 tabs @ 1 or 2 taken per day.

Having read about the possible anti-inflammatory properties of Turmeric, I ordered this product to help my body balance the effects of daily chemotherapy for a rare blood neoplasm. I am currently taking three tablets a day, as I am warned that Turmeric can case bleeding, especially as I also have to take a 75mg tablet of Aspirin daily to keep platelets from becoming too sticky. After about a month of taking the Turmeric, I can feel a distinct change, not least in stiff joints being easier, and the whole body somehow feeling calmer. Once I have had my next appointment with my haematologist, I will consider raising the daily dose of Turmeric further.The tablets themselves are easy to take. Unlike many of the supplements we can buy which come in capsule form, these have a raw feel about them, and a very pleasant smell of Turmeric. The fact that they are combined with black pepper is great, as this is what enables to body to absorb the Turmeric. The Company sent the tablets very quickly when I ordered them.I am not medically trained, and sought advice from an international support group for my particular disease before starting to take Turmeric. (It was there that caution was advised because of possible bleeding). Unless the next blood tests indicate otherwise, I will keep on taking Turmeric, for which there seems to be increasing medical evidence of benefit for a number of chronic and life limiting diseases, especially those which concern the blood. I would suggest that anyone else with blood cancer do some research among medical papers (there are a lot available on line from reputable sources), as I did. This may be a placebo effect, but I have a sense that it is more than that in my case. I fully recognise that Oxford Vitality cannot make claims of this being a medicinal product, or accept responsibility for those of us who take it with that intention.

Excellent product. I have now been taking this for mild arthritis. Didn't want to review too early as that would not be correct. I have been taking this for more than one month now but at a slightly higher dosage than recommended I take 5 tablets per day. I have noticed a great deal of difference in the discomfort and also in just feeling better in myself. My wife has just started taking it also as a general supplement. I run 10km at least 5 times a week and was suffering from slight arthritis in my toes..this has now gone and able to continue. I would strongly recommend this to others that are looking from some relief. But don't expect an overnight result or a miracle cure, persevere with it and see how it works for you, it worked for me and will continue to use at considering it is cost effective, easy to take, plus getting both the Tumeric and Black Pepper in the one dose.
