This little trash can is really great. I used to use a paper towel cutting veggies and then just pick them up and throw them out. This works out so much better. The plastic bag is already on the container, when full, put another on. I am so glad I saw this. I have it at my sink, but easy to tote around with the handle. It’s sturdy and I think it holds quite a lot for a small pail. I think it is a good value and I bought the bags also and they hold a lot. I recommend this 100%.

Elegant design, and the fit & finish are excellent. The swing-up lid unit also lifts off the bottom storage bin for easy cleaning of both. The handle is conveniently attached to the bottom storage bin, not to the lid jnkt, so you can leave the lid indoors while you carry the storage bin to empty it in your recycle/compost container. The surfaces are easy to clean and the unit is inconspicuous. We have the smallest size which works well for us because we prefer to empty it almost every day. You might prefer the larger size if you want to wait several days before having to empty it. Either way, with the lid down there are no noticeable odors and insects cannot get it.

I like this container, as it doesn't take up much space on my kitchen counter. I put veggie cuttings, eggshells, banana peels, etc in it, then when full, toss in the woods near my house for the critters to enjoy. There are compostable bags to fit (sold separately). The only drawback to something like this is that while the container fills, there is more time for the food to decompose, which attracts fruit flies, especially in summer. When I have a small bowl out, I see it and it fills more quickly and thus gets thrown away faster. At the same time, this bin is much more attractive and reduces unpleasant odors versus an open bowl sitting on the counter!

I got the smallest model for a countertop compost bin. I use the green bags in it so I don't have to wash it as often. I'm pretty happy with it. The features I like are that the lid goes over the bag so it holds it in place, the lid stays up when you open it to put items in, and it's easy to wash. I do wish it was a little heavier as it knocks over easily, and it says you can't put it in the dishwasher.

We've had this food compost container for a couple years now and there still is no smell while under our sink or after we wash it each week. Excellent quality and performance!

Good size for 5L bags. Removed the handle with relative ease, and hung them with gecko tape / nano tape. Super easy hanging bins that the robot vacuum passes right under! It would be easier to hide the bag if the lid covered it further down, but I understand that might hinder the design. 20 extra seconds fixes it when replacing the bag.

Muy cómodo; te evitas un cubo grande y molesto en la cocina. Además, al ser tan pequeño te obliga a sacar la basura prácticamente a diario, por lo que no hay olores en la cocina. Como iinconveniente diré que tiene facilidad para volcar cuando se abre la tapa.

Great little waste bin for leaving on the counter top for collecting bits and bobs that need disposing of like teabags, apple cores etc. Also easy to clean
