Hopefully it will be Bye Bye Palmetto’s!
I don’t like that the instructions are saying for the first time of work the number of pest may appear to increase and it will start driving nearby pest out of hiding, and that I may notice an increase in the first time of work and for me not to worry and they’re saying it’s a good thing (wow)! …so Imma see it’s it true… oh wait! Then the instructions said that results are not immediate and it could take 3 to 4 weeks!!! OMG (Thanksgiving dinner will have to be cancelled) …I only purchased it because of the reviews. I’m gonna give it a chance and see what happens within 3 weeks!…Fast forward 1 month and 2weeks and NO PALMETTOS! I will be ordering more!

Doesn’t work
I installed about a few weeks and I thought it was working until today. I heard a sharp noise and I didn’t know where it was coming from. I unplugged the device and there were three roaches coming out of the outlet where the device was plugged in. 1) the roaches are literally in the plug and 2) unless I’m a roach why was able to hear the noise that is not supposed to be audible to humans!

These little guys work
I like these units they’re small, but very effective. They have been working great in my vacation cabin in the mountains. Also the blue night light is nice to have with an optional on off button. I highly recommend I have four of them and I will be buying more.

No indication to know if it’s actually working or not..
Instructions state that it needs to be plugged in for 3-4 weeks consistently for it to begin working but there are no indications on the plug-in themselves to know if it’s actually working. I’ll keep them plugged in for a month and come back to update my review, but so far there hasn’t been any changes to my cockroach problem. I’m hoping in a month I’ll have a different conclusion. 5 stars on “easy to install” and “value for money,” but 2 stars for “easy to use” as you don’t know if it’s actually being used for it’s purpose.

Not working as advertising
I bought 2 boxes (4 pcs) and plugged them throughout the space for 2 days. Nothing happens at all, the cockroaches still walking around like they are not bother by the whatever sound you advertise. I would have make a return if I didn’t throw the boxes away. Overall it is not working at all.

Loud!!
I bought 4 of these and one of them emits this loud ringing sound! I have to remove it from the wall outlet and keep re-seating it for the noise to go away. I have it plugged directly into the wall outlet, and nothing is blocking it. It isn't plugged into any nearby electronic devices either. All the other 3 units are working fine. This one is very audible with a high pitch ringing that you can hear in the next room! I tried plugging it into 3 other locations, but it still makes that loud noise. I even swapped it out with one of the other ones, but it still does it. I've only had these for 2 days so I can't say if they are working to get rid of my bug problem. I will update in 3 or 4 weeks because the instructions said to give the units time to work. The units aren't that big, so they don't look intrusive or unsightly. They have a very soft blue glow that doesn't bother me, and they are barely noticeable.

I had a mouse problem
I had a mouse problem and now I don't! Problem solved. I usually don't notice it is there but maybe 3 percent of the time I do hear a faint ringing but I'm sure that is what keeps them out and it is more important to me that I don't have mice. Thanks!
