Metamucil Daily Fiber Supplement, Orange Smooth Sugar Free Psyllium Husk Fiber Powder, 114 Doses

I have used this fiber for years. I have tried many other fibre supplements, and this is the best quality in my humble opinion. It is easy to suspend, much easier than plain psyllium fibre husk, although you must stir it into cold water and drink it immediately. Tastes fine even though sugar free, which is important since I follow a low carb diet.

I was recommended by my son to use this fiber and have just started to use it. It is too early to tell how effective it is, but it pleasant to take and I have had no issues that were listed as side affects.

Does what it says. Excellent product and even tastes good. It would get 5 stars but it’s simply just too expensive for what it is. Other than that. A really good quality item.

Great product which I discovered in Canada on the recommendation of a doctor. Took it for 3 days and the pain in my bowels ceased. I have diverticulitis, but no longer have the pain. I take it every evening before bed. Definitely would recommend.

10 out of 10 This stuff is really good. Also it is good for you to take. Whether you are regular or not this is the BEST fiber drink. For example my sister has been taking it for over 45 years because she had a blocked gut ...... hospital .......she started taking Metamucil after that scare and she is now 85 years old and is looking amazing. I too had promblems a while back but now back on the Metamucil I am fine.......Yes I recommend Metamucil.............

The big chunky tub lulled me into a false sense of security. Sure it was expensive, but given the size I thought it would last a long time... it doesn't. I've been going through it at an alarming speed and I've not even been matching the recommended dose and still it quickly disappears. I'm torn because this really is a great product and something I want to continue with but at £360-£400 a year for a supplement I'll be looking for cheaper alternatives

I don't really know what to say about meta mucil,I was told by my sister dat it helps in digestion and also not to experience constipation.I have tried but haven't seen any different yet, maybe not good for me 😔.
