Its simplistic, its a wheel with handles, this has no resistance to help you get back up once out straight, so is a brilliant core, back, arms, shoulders workout, you will really know you've been doing it!!!

Not used much as son commandeered it to his Uni...so it is very sturdy and well worth getting as it’s kept him happy (will be getting another for ourselves!)

Seller is not someone I would recommend, Even when i got replacement parts this item is a bodge job imo. Its clearly made to have bolts in the middle, no bolts included, The slide on handles push it together to the point where the wheel moves slowly and awkward, the pads are uncomfortable and the matt slips on the floor all the time. Not recommended product. also see they have now changed the picture to one that matches that of the product when I purchased this product there was a different picture of a nicer matt (ur matt will probably come with indents *which seller assures will fade - one week later no fade* Do not advice purchasing from JUL. 66fit seem the better option. 3 star because they gave me replacements and they come in a very reasonable time.

Excellent value for money its as good as one that they have at the gym that costs £30 so a fraction of the price and works on all surfaces

Cheap material but will do since it's lightweight enough for packing in my carry-on bags. The main problem is the handle which keeps slipping off towards the wheel. This causes the wheel to jam
