I’ve been using this vitamin C serum for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. The texture is lightweight and absorbs quickly without leaving any sticky residue, making it perfect for layering under moisturiser or makeup. I honestly only brought this Serum because it was cheap, and I wanted my face to look brighter. But I was genuinely surprised and how well this worked considering it's price point. It is super light weight and feels so smooth on the skin (not greasy at all). My face IS glowing and looks refreshed. I'm so happy I found this product, and can't believe how low that price is! This is perhaps one of the most gentlest yet effective serums I've found in a while. I use this first thing in the morning, and as we walk the dogs really early and I don't have time/inclination to out my make up on so early, this is the only thing I wear for an hour to face the morning. Yet, after just a few weeks of using this, I've noticed just how fresh and glowing my face looks just by wearing this alone. I am 44 and in recent years I've had to move to serum for daytime skin care as my face has become so dry. So, this little bottle has just been magic! There's no scent, it is so easy to put on, and though the bottle size seems small, a little of this goes a long way. Best of all, my skin absorbs this beautifully and I feel refreshed (and have had no notable side-effects with the ingredients at all) I only use small amounts of concealer and pressed powered on my face these days, but putting them on over this serum is also so easy and effective. Overall, I can't fault this product and will certainly be ordering more.

Seemed to do the job as advertised as I experienced no ill effects from the sun whilst road tripping through heatwave France, Spain and Portugal this summer. I do think the vitamin C did help brighten my skin somewhat also so I would rate this highly for effectiveness. This has the viscosity of a thin lotion that is quickly absorbed into the skin- I could apply my makeup after a couple of minutes and there were no issues with oily residue. Smell is subtle and inoffensive (to my nose at least). My one exception was (and all sunblock does this to me it has to be said) was that after a week or two it really unsettled the skin on my chin area and I had some nasty spots whilst away. This formula was nowhere near as bad as brands from previous years though and I feel like I probably have to accept this side effect of using sunblock on my face unfortunately.

It was delivered to me 2 days earlier than the scheduled date. But I have a question, is the product really just more than a half of its contents? and it's watery in consistency. The box itself is not sealed whatsoever.
