HOZELOCK - Trigger Sprayer Spraymist 0.5L : Ideal for Indoor Applications, 2-spray Adjustable Nozzle, Fine Spray and Medium Spray [4120P0000], White

I've bought other sprayers that have broken very quickly. These are a little more expensive, but really sturdy and work perfectly every time. I only buy Hozelock sprayers now.

I’ve had the big pressure pump one to mist my plants which was so great, robust and just looks nice. I decided to go for this same brand to mix my Zoflora disinfectant to spray in a smaller bottle. As expected, the build is robust and spray beautifully with the control nozzle. There’s also handy measuring scale which is great when mixing or diluting detergents or disinfectant. It is above average price for a 500ml spray but I bet this will last long as the big one I have.

I bought this because I wanted to mist some cuttings to reduce moisture loss while I was waiting for them to root. The 0.5ltr is a handy size: base diameter 8cm, height 24cm. It’s not too heavy when filled with water. The orange bit that sticks out near the top effectively stops the hand from sliding up so it is quite comfortable to hold. I’ve got big hands so the trigger angle is okay for me, but I suspect it may be a stretch for anyone with small hands. The coarseness of the spray, from jet to mist, is adjusted by rotating the nozzle.I have two issues with it. There is almost no adjustment at the fine end of the nozzle. It hits the stop when I want to go a little finer. The other problem is that the fine-ness of the spray/mist is dependent on how hard you depress the trigger. A fast, hard squeeze gives a much finer spray than a gentle short one.Still it costs a few quid, and for the price it’s adequate, they just need to re-think the nozzle adjustment. On other hozelock sprayers that I’ve got I can twist an almost identical nozzle arrangement until the spray stops so a super fine mist is easy to achieve. I was expecting the same arrangement here. But it’s fine enough to create humidity around indoor plants, so, considering the price, it’s probably not a bad buy.

It looks industrial so if you aspire to a glass and brass pump action traditional plant mister it’s not for you. But if you want a lightweight easy to fill, secure when closed, unbreakable spray you can run around your home and mist all your plants not an ornament then it’s great. It goes a long way, is easy to carry and spray with one weak hand and delivers a lovely fine mist with no messy large droplets

while the product is fine, does the job, it was left on the doorstep for anyone to take, i am right on the street, i have no front garden, there is a note on the door saying don't leave parcels on the doorstep, be nice if delivery drivers could actually read.

Just what I needed. Well made no leaks

The spray mechanism stopped working after a short time, couldn't work out how to fix it. It wasn't worth sending it back due to the low cost of the item. Threw it in the recycling. Don't waste your money.

Perfect size for spritzing indoor plants with a fine mist or for mixing chemicals to eradicate bugs in plants. For those worried about the use of chemicals, to date, my solution has been a mixture of water and hand soap rather than shop bought pesticides.

Es un buen pulverizador , de plastico de calidad con un tamaño razonable para usar productos de limpieza , por sacarle un defecto el pulverizado no llega a ser niebla o muy fino como otros pero para mi me vale para el uso que le doy .
