Purchased this coffee machine after much deliberating and checking reviews of many different machines and I definitely made the right choice with this one. Have been using this daily for around 3 weeks now and can't fault it at all. Brews coffee perfectly in around 15 minutes for a full pot and keep warm function keeps coffee warm for around 45 minutes after brewing. Timer is great as well if you want to set it to brewing for you waking up or coming home from work later in the day. All in all a good, well priced coffee machine that brews coffee perfectly.Top tip: Can be used without filter papers with removable basket but I use size 4 filter papers with it and it makes cleaning much more easier by disposing of the paper and grounds and only requiring a basket rinse in warm water

My previous machine died and I chose this for a replacement, knowing it was a reliable make. Easy to use, looks smart, light to handle. I like that the water tank indicates the filling level for both cup and mug, which helps get the right strength coffee. I found that the '2' mug level nicely fills a standard half pint mug if you take it black. Comes out nice and hot too. The waterfall effect they mention ensures a good distribution over the grounds. Would recommend.

Great coffee maker, easy to use and clean, keeps coffee nice and hot and easy to just click it on and off to extend heating timer. The glass jug tho is super thin and on the first day we had it a small chip on the base broke off just by it tapping our tap. We'd have coffee machines for decades and this has never happened before. Lots of sellers sell replacements online so I guess it's quite a common issue with these. I wouldn't buy if I had teenagers in the house, you'll be replacing the jug every week.

Love the design, makes good coffee, easy to use

This is my new best friend.Awesome, quick and easy filtered coffee.I evolved my filtered coffee game using this. I previously used a French press for years and as good as that was, this saves me soo much time and it’s awesome to look at.Has a re-usable & quick wash filter. Simply take out and empty ground coffee in trash and easy rinse and clean. Pop back in and just add water to your desired level. Has a scooper to add your desired coffee strength. You just press a button and it has it all ready in 3-5 minutes. (I’d advise on leaving it to sit for a while longer for a better taste)It also has a timing function to get the coffee ready for you at a certain time. Pretty cool, but haven’t quite mastered or tried…as it literally takes minutes to make so not fussed, and I don’t have to keep it on throughout the night.I’d also recommend paying £4.99 extra to get the 3 years warranty. From previous reviews, I’ve heard it hasn’t lasted over a year or so. Bought for my husbands office. Wasn't sure if it held enough coffee, it does. Stays warm enough for him to use most of the contents.Not used the timer yet, but it's very easy to navigate, as he went through the instructions. Washes great. Very good quality for the price. Would recommend

I love this machine. I have just bought my second. The first one lasted me 8 years. It’s reliable, robust, stylish, easy to clean and produces really great filter coffee every time. The single most important feature of this machine is its hot plate. It keeps your coffee hot - not just warm - but hot, ready to drink hot every time. Yes it cuts out after half an hour which is a good safety feature but you can switch it off and on again every 25 minutes or so and keep it going as required. I am so happy this is available again. I’m buying a spare because I don’t want to come back in 8 years and find they aren’t making it anymore. It’s worth the investment.

The coffee machine works perfectly. I would like buy it again and will surely recommend it to friends. However, I discovered that the clock on it goes off immediately the coffee machine is switched off. It supposed to be programmed on a standby option.
