I used this brand many years ago and was happy with them. Having tried quite a few different brands over the years, I have returned and keep returning to this brand as find them excellent value for money and work for me.

This is pretty insane.So, hayfever season has started and my entire household is sneezing, and all of that other disgustingness, except me. Why? Because of this, of course. I really like it.Have been using it since the winter and dodged every single cold that many of my family members were suffering from. I kinda laughed at them when I saw them sneezing and coughing; they still wonder why I don't get it but I just block the questions by saying that I just haven't caught it yet. Haha.Great vitamins - definitely a must-have. You not only feel invincible but also more energetic and ready for the day.I take these straight every morning.

The number of reviews where people expect to take vitamin supplements and wake up a week later feeling amazing is astounding. The one particularly misinformed reviewer who expected his vitamin tablet to be his 5 a day and never eat greens had me extremely worried.As I never ate breakfast, my dear old Mum left a vitamin tablet and a glass of orange juice for me in the kitchen every morning since I was around 12. Thirty years later I still do the same routine with these tablets, I've never had a cold, let alone the flu.They are for maintenance and good health which is really noticeable after time. If you expect these tablets to turn you into a superhero I suggest you join the gym, buy a suit and visit your GP.

If you read up on the subject of health you will realise the importance of not just vitamins in your diet but minerals.Some vitamins cannot even be processed in your body properly unless you have sufficient minerals to aid the process.Modern food is factory farmed and the fields are almost devoid of natural minerals for the vegetables to pick them up.When drinking alcohol for example your body dumps vitamins and minerals into the gut to be able to deal with the poison you are drinking.The day after a drinking session you no longer have these available in you body,Your body then struggles to obtain them from the food you eat because it cannot produce enough enzymes etc to release them from the food this can cause a catch 22 effect.This effect can be dangerous in a heavy drinker and contributes to some alcoholics being admitted into hospital for malnutrition.I suggest if you do drink alcohol make sure you take one of these the day after to help your body recover quickly to it's normal state which can take up to a week naturally depending on diet.God I read too much don't I. :)

These are big tablets and can be hard to swallow

I bought this vitamin on the advise of a friend and started taking the vitamins immediately I received it from Amazon. The vitamins is good as it makes me to recover from the stress that I have went through during the day from running to and fro work. One particularly thing that I notice about this vitamin was that I bit my tongue some few weeks ago, and it became sore. I was considering going to see my GP for medication, but I do not have to go as I discovered that the sore tongue healed up after 3 days of taking this vitamin.I highly recommend it to anyone that lead a stressful life and would like to recover back his/her energy.
