I can highly recommend this! It works wonders for my son who always struggled to fall asleep and wind down at bed time.Now we give it to him 10 minutes before bed time and by the time we are done reading a story, he says goodnight and then falls asleep. He was an anxious boy at bed time and we tried everything, he would get up alot throughout the night.Now he goes back to sleep himself if he wake up during the night and he wakes up happy and not tired because he had a good night's rest.He is 7 and after reading that it was safe for the whole family, we Decided to give it a try and we are so thankful we did.

I have been using Night Rescue Remedy Liquids Melts for several years now. What I love about them there is none of that woozy hang-over feeling in the morning that you can get with other products.

Have a very strange taste although helps with a quick and easy sleep. It prevents the brain from clicking and being active when trying to go to sleep. It also prevents my jaw from being clenched in my sleep as it stops my anxiety. This is the purpose it was bought for and is very effective.

Really work may only be a placebo but helps me sleep

I didn't really feel they helped but that is not to say they won't work for you. Always worth trying. What works for one person often won't work for you. Its all trial and error with these things

Iv always used Rescue Remedy liquid dropper for yrs and always found it worked for me so decided to try these capsules but they are so tiny when placed on the tongue they hardly leave any liquid at all, you need a least 4 to get same amount on your tongue as one drop from dropper, total waste of my money and would not recommend at all !!
