Like everything about this fire pit! It is good looking, easy to operate, has a surface that can be easily expanded. We had a problem with a piece of glass which arrived shattered. Customer service was excellent, timely and efficient. Thank you Mary and Beverly for your help in getting the issue resolved quickly!!

Well made and beautiful to watch, highly recommend

The media could not be loaded. Was super excited when this arrived. Started putting it together without much trouble. Come to the foldable side pieces and it was an issue! Not realizing the pieces with dried up glue were actually part of a single piece until I dumped out the last 2 arms. Seeing only ONE intact, is when I realized why the assembly didn’t make sense until then. Apparently, 3 of the 4 arms that connect to the folding ends were not together. Also, there was this square part with threads that was never mentioned on the parts list…???…although they did have extra parts included, there were 8 screws left over in the pack? Not the extras. And there was a part in the instructions that had a circled picture that made no sense. 53/43?? All in all a nice fire pit, but for someone with little patients, they’d be contacting support from the manufacturer.

I love it, I always wanted one and finally I have it, and it's the best. Thank you. ❤️
