I’ve been mixing it in my Kefir for the added prebiotics. It mixes well and has a slight taste of Red beets. I happen to love fresh beets and don’t mind the flavor at all. I believe it is a good product and recommend it for those folks who like taste of beets.

I took this product in an attempt heal my gut, and I'm enjoying it so far. After taking a half scoop on an empty stomach, I started noticing that I had more energy and mental clarity. Also, I had less bloating. The fact that it doesn't contain fillers is also a plus. Thumbs up from me! I will give a follow up review in a few months to see if i still like it.

I’ve been using this prebiotic powder every day, and it has truly become an essential part of my daily wellness routine. It blends well into smoothies, yogurt, or even just water. Since starting, I’ve noticed significant improvements in my digestion.

I know this is healthy and I've had many a product that tasted awful, but this one really tastes bad to me. I'll get through the one canister, but won't order it again unless I can figure out a way to make it taste better. UPDATE- I started adding it to my smoothies and can barley taste it. I might change my mind and continue using it.

The item came in with a cracked lid, so I’m afraid to use it. There was no return available on the item. So now I’m stuck with it.

I add this to my morning smoothie and it adds a great flavor and I feel better after drinking it!

Dont know yet... been at this now near a week and no idea if it is going to make me young and beautiful or just continue with the fuddy duddy... mosey along... but whatever I am trying... thanks for asking
