Waste of money
Very hard and for gigantic feet only

Excellent arch support, tough material 3.5 cm height
I was looking for a hard material insole with high arch support which won't bend during daily use, and this one is great with 3.5 cm arch height. Very comfortable to use all day in all kinds of shoes such as dress, casual, or running shoes etc. I wish they also made a full shoe length insole, but this one is pretty good.
