I have been taking these Zicam rapid Melts for several years. They work for me great! I start taking them the day I feel like I am getting a cold symptom like a sore throat, nasal congestion, or a runny nose, and it seems to shorten the days I have the cold. The value is excellent when you look at how many days you save being sick. And they taste yummy. They just melt on your tongue, so they are super easy to use. They do not affect my sleep at all, so if I wake up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, I take another Zicam. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Within 1 hour, the symptoms darn near disappeared and all I was left with was a mild cough, which I assume is because my body still needed to rid of the mucus. In my direct experience, in which I did not know what I was given, it worked extremely well when my symptoms were getting pretty bad already. I was able to go the a theme park, walk miles and feel normal so I can enjoy the day. If I had to work, I could. I've heard people talk against this product for whatever reason or another, but it works and it works very well. Don't' listen to the hyper negative people, try it yourself, it's cheap. Zicam really works and I love that they added Elderberry to the formula. It tastes delicious and I found that combining this with echinacea and elderberry syrup shortened a really bad cold which I was over in less than 48 hours. I wish the bottle had more tablets than just 25. Definitely worth the price as the combination I used provided much needed relief from one of the worst colds I had had in year.
