Magnets are good and nice. Also great customer service. I first got 2 magnets by mistake then customer service dispatched me 2 more. Very helpful guys. This is really good products. I was getting only 3 in this range in the local market.

Lack of support
Received product is not strong enough for intended purpose. Initiated refund on same day i received the package however, there is no communication pertaining to the refund. No one has contacted or initiated refund process.

Give exactly what you write!
Delivered magnets were 12 mm thick, not 0.6 mm they did not serve the purpose. Vendor should stick to his given specifications. Please send 0.6 mm magnets.

Magnet is not good quality
When the magnet strikes even with slight pressure with other products its getting broken into pieces.
