a great lightweight cpu with integrated graphics
I've had many amd processors over the years. These 4-core 8-thread ryzens are great for general purpose computers just aiming to do office work, web browsing, YouTube, or even budget gaming with a dedicated gpu. They are relatively low power, easy to keep cool, and plenty fast for light workloads. I built an office pc using this chip and am quite happy; it performs as expected. At only $59, the value can't be beat.It isn't a huge jump up compared to an amd r3 3300x but does score a couple hundred points higher in cinebench r23 (~6900) and includes integrated graphics.definitely recommend this cpu for a comp builds up to ~$500

False Advertising. No Cooler in box.
Listing for product promised cooler. Other reviews featured included cooler. My package was just a bubble wrapped CPU in a plastic case. NO COOLER.

Price is right
It exceed my expectations in performance and mine is set to 45w with igpu oc to 1850 from stock 1700 and running rock solidAlso the wrath cooler is the one we're fan doesn't have the little risers at each screw on fan so cooler is a bit shorter than some making it fit with ease I'm my ASRock x300 mini PC and it works great for great price compared to other sellers...and much cheaper than even a 5600g but performance is almost as good.....it is the best bang for the $ for AM4 mini PC setup...

Great, hard to find APU
The 5300G APU is a great, cost effective processor that, unfortunately, is hard to find in the retail world due to it being OEM only. So I was surprised to see if for sale here, and at a decent price. It's currently running my home NAS/media server and doing just fine. I wouldn't recommend this for gaming, but for basic computer use or specific, non-demanding use cases like mine, I think that it's great. Too bad AMD won't release it to the masses.

Not bad at all, good price.
I'm not one to rate newer CPU's as I've not upgraded in over 11 years. That said, when combined with a modern M'brd w/ Nve M2 slot ssd and a modest 2 gig GTX GPU it "plays" the nightly version of FlightGear with little heat and fuss, 60 fps HD quality with all the shader sliders maxed. It also does well with videos and 3D work.

Insane Value
This chip is solidly worth $130+. I purchased this for a small home server. The performance is really exceptional given what you get. This part is originally OEM only so none of the chips are 100% 'new' but they have gone through multiple QA processes. The Wraith cooler I received had a defective fan. I can't hold that against CUK, that happens. I ordered a way more amazing cooler which wasn't a problem for me at all. I'm sure CUK would have replaced it if I would have asked.

Okay product, terrible customer support
I spent about two weeks troubleshooting this product, trying to identify why there were debug lights on my motherboard. I reached out to the vendor day 1 based on a business card included in the packaging. I received no response.

Good performance to price. This was an OEM only CPU, but it worked for me.
This CPU is surprisingly power efficient for its era, and comes at a very good price right now. Be aware, it was an OEM only item originally, and my Asrock MoBo did not list it as compatible, but ASUS and MSI did, and it worked for me in my Asrock B450 mother board. You get 4 cores and 8 threads (as compared to 8/16 for the 5700, but it can be less than 1/2 the price, so you can get into this CPU for about $80 right now. a 4/8 core/thread 4100 without the graphics is only $10 cheaper. The video output did not work with the motherboard I was using, but I have not updated the drivers yet, and everything else is working and I am using a GPU anyways.
