I’ve always loved this product because it tastes really good to me but it’s gotten more expensive. I mix a serving and a half with 9 ounces of egg whites from a carton. I use this pre-workout which is 33 grams of protein, 33 grams of carbs, minimal fat, around 300 calories. I will not buy it again due to price. I use 50g of quick oats instead giving me the same carbs but I have to drink it quickly due to lack of taste.

Overall I like this mix. Hard to beat a complex carb of yams,sweet potato and oats. I just wish it was a lot less sweet.(sweet potato pie, banana nut bread) then I found their Cocoa Heaven flavor. Its a rice carb. I love it as its not too sweet!

For what it's worth, here are my measurements: 5'7", 140-145 lbsI love everything about this product! I drink it after my workout in the morning everyday (for the last 8 months). The flavor is great, it's very graceful on the digestive system, and it keeps me full until lunch. Also, I have never noticed gains with any other powder like this one! Because of my genes and DNA, gaining weight is a real struggle! Of course this is just a dietary supplement and not an MRE but even with my consistent (yet unconventional) eating habits and exercise routine, this powder has done great things for me. I have gained 15 pounds in the last 3 months which I have never been able to do before! Great product!

Sometimes got myself into trouble as I sold the best product. Owner of bang energy gives my boss full credit making them big. He tried bring out natural energy drink first. But nobody baught it. As everyone wants soda or cake mix protein. Taste of this protein is nutral. If u are weak-minded want cake w protein sorry u'll hate it. Whey is con it's high margin dumping out in garbage. Only good if don't want to be bloated if want to go to beach in your thobgs if guy or girl. Beef egg even chicken. Blends are best for athletes and muscle. Natural carbs. Clean no sweetners give u cancer or brain damage. I was goat of war rugby. Had run all out 80 minutes no subs ramming everyone head to head. I could not stand cake mix sweetners. Even bill Phillips myoplex. I did 90s weight gainer at 277 powerlifter Warren Sapp sport specific natural. But could not get any girls. So w oats clean carbs get big and lean. Some might be tied as good but none better. Bill Phillips is man braught out all those energy drinks mind drinks first w red bull. He had his version Numero gain out around 1995. But to early everyone wants soda.

im just coming back up on calories after a cut and i had it before a workout. One of the best workouts ive had i was so locked in and focused. My strength was stronger than ever (probably because im adding more calories than im used to) and the pump was exceptional. Flavor was gas and i love rich definitely worth a try.

The taste is OK, but having to chew on whole oats defeats the purpose of purchasing this product. I can buy whole oats from the store and toss it in a shake myself. I’m paying $70 so I don’t have to do that. Which brings me to the main reason for the low rating. The ingredient label lists “Oat flour” not “oats”. They need to change the ingredient label to reflect the actual contents of the product. Very misleading. This alone wouldn’t prompt me to write a review, but when I brought this to their attention, the customer service was very bad. Instead of taking feedback in a constructive way, they deflect and place blame on the consumer. It was honestly one of the most bizarre interactions I’ve ever had with a company. Anyways, transparency and trust are important to me when buying products that I consume. I definitely do not recommend this product or brand.
