I got these because I had all my upper teeth pulled. I also have most of my bottom teeth gone. Has a nice length handle. These work perfect to clean and exercise your gums cheeks and tongue. I've used it with plain water, mouthwash and with toothpaste... works great. Won't fall apart!

Was useful for someone who is unable to brush own teeth or have problem swolling needed more paste on it.

While the description given by the seller was accurate, it lacks a bit of detail. These sponges are VERY soft, and not the typical style you would expect, for example, from a medical supply company. I ordered these for use to moisten the mouth of an elderly stroke patient. Normal sponges, I can moisten and give to her to wet her mouth/suck on while tending to her needs. Usually, halfway through a changing/(tube) feeding, I will remoisten the sponge. These just can't be remoistened during the same use. They squish flat with the sucking/light toothless chewing she does on them. They do serve the purpose of moistening the mouth, and yes, the sponge is very soft. I would say these would be best for those with mouth sores as to not scrape the wound, but I would not order these again for the practical use of just moistening. They're very smooth as well, so I can't see they'd do a very good job at cleaning the mouth. Also, be warned that they do tend to drip from the tube handle. I have never experienced this with any other oral swab.

These mouth swabs are not individually wrapped!! They were simply placed into a plastic baggie that was OPEN. Even the baggie was not closed. Just gross!! Don't waste your money!!

They're very well made. Will buy again.
