Love this gel. It's like drinking a concentrated juice. Taste is good, at first it taste sweet but not that bad. Just make you chase it with water or other hydration. It helps me with my long ride and run. No bonking.Update: still a 5 star because this is all I use for my training. Alternate with the caffeine during race day. It didn't fail me. No stomach issue.

Tastes Great and Goes Down Extremely Easy
I really like the ease of use of this High 5 gel. The pack opens easily and the gel tastes very good. It is fairly thin so it's very easy to ingest as you ride. Good stuff.
