Light, classy and goes everywhere
I have owned a bag of this brand. It's gone everywhere, including overseas, and work, gym, grocery shopping etc. It is so light when empty but so sturdy. I bought this one because it is slightly bigger. It was only available in dark blue at a lesser price instead of black. Not disappointed the blue color is exactly as shown, deep and almost black. Some blues can be tacky especially when carried with different colored coats or jacket. Great purchase. By far, this item is one of items I use the most besides my toothbrush/soap. Perfect for city folks. Really like the special slot in the back for a laptop so it does not require taking out everything at the airport. Also, being in the back it cannot be easily taken by a pi ckpocket.

Best backpack for travel!
I have always been a fan of Kipling so when I was looking for a backpack for air travel that holds literally everything I knew exactly where to go. I love that it has a computer pocket and I packed everything I could think of, including a blanket. It’s comfortable even when it is stuffed full. I could most likely pack for a long weekend in this backpack. Would probably work well for school and books but too big for using as a purse style backpack. I love this backpack and I love the durability. Definitely worth the price and who doesn’t love the monkeys that come on a Kipling. I will forever be a fan of the Kipling brand!

The best travel packpack
I absolutely love this backpack for travel! It is very high quality, holds a lot and is pliable so the areas that aren't full fold in nicely to save space under the airplane seat or in the overhead cabinet. There are a lot of pockets, including a nice padded area for a laptop. The little monkey is so cute and the shoulder straps are comfy. I tried four different brands of backpacks for a travel backpack and this one is hands down my favorite. I've taken it to Japan, Peru, Europe, and around the USA.

Decent Bag
What do I look for in a bag?I just want a bag that can carry my things. My favorite is an apple or nike drawstring. It has two compartments and is great as a stuff sack. However the strings are terrible. And the padding-there is none.I got some fashion bags (cute but not practical). I got a hiking backpack (too bulky).I wanted a weekend get away purse....I got the Kipling in October and I hated it. Recycled Materials? Is this bag garbage??I recently saw how they convert recycled stuff and how its sterilized and helps the environment. As for utility? I can fit rollerblades inside. Rollerblades are super bulky and hard to carry in a travel bag. Kipling can. Plus it can also carry textbooks, laptops, and a bunch of tealight candles in addition to the rollerblades, with room to spare. And I'm talking size 10 roller blades (W).The other bags cant do that. Idk about the fantasy weekend getaway purse...but it wouldnt have the organization.Anyway, traveling with rollerblades is awkward. I might use them tomorrow.I have another bag I use for laundry. I donr really like my workflow tbh. It’s a good bag and it stands up. I just don't know if its what I'm looking for.
