This was the laptop I needed.
Had to return my other business laptop purchase because it kept crashing. This one is surprisingly light and fast. The illuminated keyboard is awesome in low light. Very easy to use. I am glad that Dell FINALLY changed the plug-in adapter for the charger....now it doesn't slip out of the slot every 5 minutes while using it on your lap. Sound quality is okay, but the volume is not very high. I would consider a bluetooth speaker or ear buds or headphones for the best experience. Setting up the laptop was strait forward and is typical windows. I used a trick to bypass signing into microsoft during setup. The 15" screen is plenty for my needs and am able to adjust the brightness. The one Con is that the touchpad is very sensitive.... you will click on things you had no plan on clicking on by complete accident. I do not game on my laptop so I cannot offer much there..... I watch a lot of youtube videos and they play great on this laptop. There is plenty of storage space for photo's or video if you are vlogger.
