The product is fantastic with a lot of features wch probably no other brand wud offer. Nice quality product and easy to operate with smart features. Looks cool too...And the technician sent for installation also has done a great job. Kind technician, explained everything in detail and gave a proper demo. Handled the product carefully and gave all precautions prior.

Company does not take any onus on the installation or service of it. I called them multiple tunes and waited for 5 months but of no use. Worst don't ever take this brand

Glass keeps falling on food, splashing it all across the kitchen. Bad Chimney, dangerous for the user. Please avoid as the dealer and company both don't care.
