Like the shirt, u do sweat alot, only negative thing was I am 5'6 185 lbs and bought a large/ XL. shoulders were a little tight but I expected that but it could be a little longer. I dont have a big stomach and it would ride up when reaching up. It has grip ends on it but an inch longer would have been perfect.

I wear size L or XL on T-shirts. I order this size and was way way too small. I couldn’t even pass my arms through the waste. Make sure you order 1 or2 sizes bigger.
