Packaging was intact, all pieces were accounted for, and instruction manual was clear with links to actual video of a professional guiding you through the build. Took a long time to build with intermittent help from my wife and son but you’ll definitely need two people toward the end. Quality is really great so far and the swing and hammock are a hit. I was looking for something with lower/parallel bars for a less difficult start for some children. My son loves it. Hopefully The Fitness Reality Kids Store has some other cool things to try….great overall value and quality.

I got this for my 2 and 4 year old they absolutely love it! The quality is great and so is the size I love that it’s built differently than others so it makes it easier for smaller legs to climb but it’s still big so they won’t grow out of it in a year or two. It is definitely hard to build and took two people but that is to be expected with something like this. All around happy with my purchase.

Had a problem with one of the parts needed to complete the dome. The QR code in the manual to contact them doesn't work. I tried contacting them twice via their website and once via their direct email address and dead silence for two months. I don't think this company exists anymore so now I have a non-functioning product. Only purchase if you want to take the risk. P.S. building this is very involved so I suggest watching the youtube video which is still up for now.

My kids love it. Just took forever for me by myself to put it all together. The directions aren't the best but the video helps a lot.

I would recommend watching the YouTube video on assembling this product. The manual is also helpful. The zip ties provided are inadequate for holding these metal tunes so purchase some heavy duty ones before starting the assembly process. You will definitely need two people when you start to raise the dome up.
