So I bought this because I watched some tik tok video and figured out which of the millions of different kinds of magnesium would benefit me. 61, post-menopausal female. I'm sure these would probably be fine but they were too large for me to take. I bought 2 bottles and one bottle had never been opened but they would not let me return them. It still had all sealed packaging on it.
