Broke after 2 months and no help from customer service
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this product in a October sale as one of my Christmas presents. After opening this product on Christmas day I used it about 3 times a week up until it mid February when it just stopped working. This product says it has a limited one year warranty, which should be valid if you've used proper storage, charging, and use of this item. I stored, charged with the cable provided, and used the item as described and yet, it just stopped working. It's been very difficult to get a hold of any customer service help from the company in the U.S. and Amazon says they can do nothing since it's past its 30 day return window. I paid almost $100 for a product that should have lasted WAY longer than 2 months. I have always liked medicube products, and have purchased a lot of their Skincare, but this product and lack of help resolving this issue, has definitely left me with a bad taste in my mouth when it comes to purchasing more of their products in the future.

Lo he usado varias veces y si hay una mejor absorción de las cremas, aunque este producto solo tiene una opción de manejo. Grave que las indicaciones no vengan al menos en inglés. Lo he usado 5 veces y me gusta, pero realmente no sé cuando debo recargarlo, imagino que quedará parado en algún momento
