The Magnetic Poetry Kindness kit has a good selection of words in the area of interest. The quality is good. The sheets of words snap apart pretty easily, and I didn't damage any of them during the separation process.If you're torn between these and sets from the brand Poetry Tiles, I think it really comes down to what words you want. Get the sets that have the words you want, because there's not much difference otherwise.The physical differences between the Magnetic Poetry brand word tiles and the brand Poetry Tiles 1) Magnetic Poetry uses a serif font, while Poetry tiles use a sans-serif font. 2) The Magnetic Poetry tiles have a little more white space around the words.I wouldn't even notice those differences if I wasn't consciously comparing the sets.I don't see any other physical differences between the tiles from Magnetic Poetry and Poetry tiles.I don't mind the way the intermingled tiles, from the different brands, look. I buy both brands then mix and match the words.

This is just what I'd hoped it would be. Sometimes I stop and just make a random sentence, and sometimes I make it silly, to see who stops to laugh. It might be a serious message such as a compliment. Sometimes I create free verse. If you are the type of person who looks at book titles as you pass a bookshelf, and may pull a book off and start reading it, right then and there, you will most likely enjoy playing with words this way. If you are a reluctant writer, here you go....

Purchased for my mom's refrigerator as a Christmas gift. I love the variety of words, though wish the individual magnets were a bit larger.

These are nice but very simple. My granddaughters are going to love them! They are smaller than expected. It’s nice to have something that is intended to be used in a positive and upbuilding way.Update: the girls love these! They spent quite a while playing with this. One sentence they wrote was “Be kind or you will feel fear” Leave it to kids to find a way to threaten each other! Lol

I bought these to put on a magnet board in a relaxation room at school. They are perfect!

I had a set of these magnetic words someone gave me many many years ago and it was fabulous. This particular set does not have enough basic letters or adjectives its really lacking in words to make good sentences. I purchased 2 different sets and even with the two sets it was still mediocre. Good perhaps for younger children not for adults.

This is a fun way to write inspirational messages to others and youself

My children need reminders that kindness is required in our our house and in a good society. They can make/create sentences reflecting looking out for other people. Kindness matters. We keep the sentences on the refrigerator & the extra words on the counter.

I work in a school and stuck these on my office door. The messages the kids post are great. I also bought a set for my wife to put in her classroom. She has them on her blackboard and her adult ESL students use them regularly.

Just what was needed to help a 5 year old learn his words in written form :D
