What a difference
I've been using a very old (must be at least 20 years old) faux leather chair that had zero adjustments (fixed arms, fixed back angle, gas canister failed years ago) and my back could never rest against the back of the chair because the seat area was too long. Now that I'm working mostly from home I decided it was definitely time to get a decent ergonomic office chair. This chair is absolutely amazing compared to my previous one. The lumbar support fits and feels great, and I'm sitting upright at my PC for the first time! (at the moment my lower back is rebelling a little to having to correct it's posture - which is a good thing). The head rest can be adjusted both in angle and height - although I did need to tighten the nut to prevent the set angle from changing. The chair can recline, but at the moment I can't put enough weight on the back to get it to recline (easily). I suspect it needs time to soften a bit (and yes, I did use the unlock back support controls). The arm rests can be moved up and down, backwards and forwards, and can be twisted, but cannot be slid left and right (doesn't really matter). The box that chair came in seemed way too small, but it was clearly packed by a Tetris master! Very cleverly packed into the box. The instructions are only in German (I presume that's the language), but as it's a visual build guide it's easy enough to follow the pictures. I built the chair myself in less than 20 minutes. I did switch out the casters for some 3 inch rubber wheels that glide better, and won't damage, my laminate flooring. All in all, this chair is really going to make my computer work a lot more comfortable.

Feels like sitting on a waltzer
Put it together. Relatively straight forward. Seemed sturdy.A week in it started creaking whenever I moved on the chair. Now, less than 2 weeks in the seat slopes. As you turn around on the chair the base of the seat will slope forward and then backwards as if on the Waltzers at the fairground. Have reverted to my 30 year old chair and all I have achieved is losing about 30 minutes of my time in putting the thing together.

Comfortable, Adjustable and Affordable
This chair is very comfortable and surprisingly highly adjustable for the price point. I've now had it roughly 9 months and over that time I've used it while doing a considerable amount of work and gaming. Its held up very well, just a little loss of spring in the chusioned seat, which is to be expected, the mesh back is still very tight. The only thing I can fault it on is the headrest is difficult to set to a specific angle, it often turns back down. The positives far outweigh that though, the fact there's an adjustable headrest, back and arms, ontop of the usual height adjustment is fantastic at this price. Highly recommend.

Good Strong Chair but can get uncomfortable
The chair is strong with a wide seat and when seated correctly it does provide support however if you want to lounge in the chair its a no go. The hard plastic parts of the back are very uncomfortable and stick in your back if not seated perfectly in the chair.

Dissapointing
The chair although comfortable does not take the stated weight, the gas lift collapses and you sink down almost as soon as you sit in the chair, one constantly has to get off to raise the seat pad height, nor does it elevate to a normal desk height and now a few months the seat pad wobbles on the gas lift which is most disconcerting, it's a shame as it has all the correct posture points and support I need.Nick Buckland

Comfy chair with good support
This chair came in a medium sized box so I was concerned it would take a while to put it together but I manage to get it together in no time and with minimum stress.Once together the chair is easy to manoeuvre and is a comfortable seat with good support for your lower back and head.
