I but this product for my son, good and helpful.

I like that it rotates, but the pump sits a little high in the holster. This makes it a bit top heavy and it leans forward on loose clothing. But overall, I am happy with it.Update: It worked fine while it lasted, but while I was trying to remove it form my waste bacnd today (5 months in), the rotation portion of the clip snapped off completely along with the clip. I would have liked for it to last more than 5 months for $30+ dollars. I lowered my rating from 4 to 2 stars.

This Minimed 780g Insulin Pump case fits just as well as the original. It clips on and rotates easily. It holds onto clothing (or likely a belt) tightly. All the cutouts are exxactly the same as the other pump cases. It is easy to snap on to the pump. I would not hesitate to recommend this to a 780g pump user.

This Insulin Pump Holder is cheap. My 770G barely slid into this case. Had to force into the case. Once I got it into the case, it was okay. But, the swivel clip is so easy to turn that I find the pump moving all by itself. Sometimes my pump will be upside down on my belt.But, the real issue is that the belt clip broke off of the case in three weeks. Got up out of my desk chair, and the pump fell on the floor!

I use the 780G. The case fits well and holds the pump securely. While it stays in place it does nit click like the OEM one does. I do not see that as an issue but wanted to note it as it is a noticeable difference. It has held up for a month and feels as durable as OEM.

Fits super well, however clip broke off after a month and a half. I'll try other brands but expect them to be the same. While it worked it worked great.

I have purchased this product twice, and within the time frame of 3-5 months of purchase, it managed to break when unclipping from my belt for both.The price point is ridiculous for the quality. It is not worth your money whatsoever.
