I am writing this review after 1 year of purchasing, I have got some issues in lock in almost 1 year, warranty 1 year.I have contacted to company, they give me prompt and aggressive service and replace my product immediately without any questions.I am very appreciate 🙏 with service.Must purchase this lock for value for money, ease of use.

I have purchased this smart lock fe wmk the back and when got installed it's battery is getting discharged every 2days automatically despite of using Duracell. They are not replacing it under warrenty so fighting for this ...I have sent to banglore location for repair now they are not giving my product. I have raised with Amazon now lets see what happens. Never buy this product believe me. Scammer company.

Got Uny 610 digital lock installed today. Videocall assistance provided by Uny was good. Lock is sturdy and working well. It has all functions like any other branded digital lock like fingerprint, rfid, key and password for unlocking and usb charging option in case of low battery and all that in a reasonable price comprared to other branded digital locks.

It's not easy to find a biometric smart lock that fits a 30 mm thickness door. I purchased this lock for two reasons1) It fits a 30mm door2) It's reasonbly pricedI had many questions before buying this product, their WhatsApp chat customer care patiently answered all my questions. They made it very clear that this model doesn't have time based access and doesn't have an app. I have been using this lock for a couple of weeks and I am very happy with it. I wish this model gets an app soon.
